After a much needed and much enjoyed break from the social media realm, I began scrolling through the Facebook news feed full of holiday wishes and vol fan statuses and landed upon this:
I decided to click and see what people’s responses were. Because as we all learned from my social media disasters blog post, asking why? or what? about your business on social media may not exactly go the way you planned. I hate to say it but Toys “R” Us is not an exception to the rule. Here are some of the responses they received…and they broke the number one rule: ALWAYS RESPOND. I hope someone at Toys “R” Us corporate gets on it soon, before those 1,003 comments turn into 10,000,003 negative comments…still without a response.
